On Tuesday, eight Nagle College Leaders attended the LIFTED GO! event at Western Sydney HQ in Rooty Hill ๐Ÿ™Œโœจ The students engaged with the mission statement of Noticing ๐Ÿ‘€, Knowing ๐Ÿค, and Serving โค๏ธ. They were encouraged to reflect on their own times of need, who has supported them on their journey, and to give purposeful attention to those in needโ€”particularly people experiencing homelessness Bishop Vincent shared powerful insights about our shared call to justice and the importance of empathy and respect. He reminded us that those experiencing homelessness are children of God and called us to be signs of hope on the edge of society. Our students are called to be agents of Noticing, Knowing and then transition into Serving and will be planning some Social Justice Initiatives in the coming weeks.

Year Sevens were split into friendly groups, supporting collaborative learning and were guided by Year 10 Student Leaders to experience the power of Presentation People. They all raced around the school completing a scavenger hunt in hopes of placing first and celebrating the team victory. ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ”ฌ๐Ÿงฎ They embodied the message of โ€œNagle Girls can do anythingโ€ with their hard work and determination throughout all activities, embracing challenges as fun and exciting ways to grow.
