✨ Shine the Light: Year 7 Formation Day ✨ Our Year 7 students recently took part in their Formation Day, “Shine the Light: Living as Presentation People”—a day centred on belonging, faith, and community. 💛 Through reflection, discussion, role-plays, and the creation of their own lanterns, students explored the life of Nano Nagle and what it means to be a light for others. 🏮✨ The day concluded with a beautiful liturgy where students committed to living out the Presentation values of Courage, Compassion, and Kindness. We are incredibly proud of our Year 7 students as they continue to grow as lanterns of light within our community. 💙 #NagleCollege #ShineTheLight #PresentationPeople #FaithInAction #Year7Journey

🎨 Visual Arts Excursion to the AGNSW Our Year 11 and 12 Visual Arts students recently travelled to Art Gallery of New South Wales for an inspiring day of artistic exploration. Students experienced the Ron Mueck Encounter exhibition, engaging with his lifelike sculptures and exploring themes of life, death, and the human condition. Many described the works as “shocking to see in real life,” and were amazed by the incredible detail in each piece. They also viewed outstanding 2025 HSC Bodies of Work in the Art Express exhibition, finding inspiration in the creativity and skill on display, particularly in painting and printmaking. It was a powerful opportunity for our students to deepen their appreciation of art and creative expression. We are incredibly proud of their curiosity and engagement. ✨ #NagleCollege #VisualArts #CreativeArts #ArtExcursion #SchoolCommunity

💧 Big Water Walk – Faith in Action Our Nagle students recently took part in the CSPD / Caritas Australia Big Water Walk, spending the day carrying buckets of water in solidarity with the millions of people around the world who walk long distances to collect water each day. Through this powerful experience, our students pushed themselves both physically and emotionally, gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by many communities. Along the way, students also took time to pray and reflect on social justice, living out our call to serve others. We are incredibly proud of our students for their compassion and commitment. 💙✨ #NagleCollege #FaithInAction #SocialJustice #SchoolCommunity #faithinactioncspd

🦁 Bringing Business Concepts to Life Last Week, our Year 11 and 12 Business Studies students enjoyed a fantastic learning experience during their visit to Sydney Zoo. The excursion gave students the opportunity to explore how a real business operates by examining the four key business functions: Operations, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources. Guided by the Sydney Zoo team, students took part in an engaging walking tour where they explored how the zoo generates revenue, analysed elements of a SWOT, and observed how daily operations are managed. This hands-on experience helped bring classroom learning to life and strengthened our students’ understanding of how businesses operate in the real world. We are proud of our students for their excellent participation and enthusiasm throughout the day. ✨ #NagleCollege #BusinessStudies #SchoolExcursions #SchoolCommunity
